In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to Luke Mickelson.
Luke talks to us about founder’s syndrome.
Luke Mickelson is the powerhouse founder behind Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a global nonprofit dedicated to the mission that “No kid sleeps on the floor in our town.”
What started as a single handmade bunk bed in a garage has exploded into a movement with over 400 chapters across 47 states and 4 countries, delivering more than 350,000 beds to children in need.
A former “farm kid” from Kimberly, Idaho, Luke blends his background in competitive athletics and business leadership with his “Humans Helping Humans” philosophy. His journey from corporate professional to CNN Hero and American Ninja Warrior has been featured on NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America, and The Today Show.
Today, Luke travels the country inspiring audiences to find the extraordinary in “tiny moments” and rediscover the profound joy of service.
