In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to outstanding employer Christopher Lovett.

Christopher talks to us about changing how we treat our employees.

Christopher Lovett, PE, moved to Las Vegas in 1994 and was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base until 1997. He was honorably discharged in 1997 to finish schooling at UNLV, graduating in 2000. He began working in the Engineering industry as an intern in 1998 and became a licensed electrical engineer in 2005.

His work throughout the years includes Cosmopolitan, Trump Tower, Sky on the Strip, Fontainebleau, and various projects throughout Nevada, California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Florida, and Louisiana.

He started (R)evolution Engineering in 2017 with 5 people and has since grown the company to more than 15 people. His determination and love for the industry has helped fuel (R)evolution to the top 5% of all small businesses in the United States (NAICS statistics updated 2023-03-30).

(R)evolution Engineering was created to revolutionize the AEC industry, but it has since revised its mission to revolutionize small businesses everywhere. With a 4-day work week, unlimited PTO, remote work, and flexible schedules, the company isn’t your average small business. Chris hopes to use the knowledge he has gained throughout the years to change the lives of people across the country.
