Jim has 40+ years of experience across many types of organizations and in key leadership roles. He has “been there.” He relates to the situations of his clients and the challenges and opportunities they are facing and knows that as leaders we must be committed to developing people as most have more potential than realized but need a leader to nurture their confidence.
