Sherwette Mansour is an author, writer, coach, and consultant based out of Dubai. Her area of expertise is business innovation and customer experience.

Over the past 10+ years, she has brought world-class methodologies to large organizations in the Middle East to help them craft only the best customer experiences. She loves happy customers!

A self-proclaimed customer advocate, Sherwette voices the thoughts and opinions of the consumer, even in a room where they aren’t present. Her curiosity keeps her open to always seeking new ideas and in turn, refining the old. Her favourite word is “why.”

One of her mantras is “always learning” and “continuous improvement.” She loves a day full of “aha moments.” She is multi-passionate and loves to express her creativity in a variety of ways. Apart from writing, she loves reading books on psychology, painting abstract pieces, and cooking for her loved ones.

Sherwette is obsessed with consumer behaviour and behavioural economics, and she loves to share her knowledge with others. She delights in seeing tangible results that build lasting relationships with customers. She shares tips on customer experience, service design, and product innovation in her blog.
