She spent 20+ years doing the ‘right thing’ by working hard and getting ahead in Corporate America until realizing that she was stuck on a hamster wheel. Pamela eventually discovered that entrepreneurship would allow her to serve other high achieving women who are feeling stuck while retaining control of her schedule and her life.


Pamela is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who is passionate about using natural holistic solutions to support physical, mental, and emotional health; especially stress and fatigue. She is also a speaker, author of several books, and has collected a variety of degrees and certifications ranging from the sciences and business to Reiki and yoga.


Pamela lives in Wisconsin with her husband Carlos and 4-legged fur baby Maximo. She loves to read, spend time with her family, travel and actually met her husband on a trip to the Galapagos Island.
