Rob Braiman worked as a subordinate partner to a small business owner who recognized Rob’s passion and potential.
Rob went on to work with another entrepreneur with whom he built three companies from the ground up. This entrepreneurial experience served him as he became a Business Analyst working with a number of small to midsize businesses.
It was this experience that fueled Rob to found Cogent Analytics, a small business in its own right, created with the purpose of helping other small businesses succeed.
Rob has worked personally with over 2,000 midsize and small businesses across the country, helping each small business owner implement a tailored strategic plan for business growth and economic development.
Cogent Analytics was founded as an accredited small business consultant firm by Rob Braiman, his wife, Robin Braiman, Anne Creed, Margie Howell, and two others in 2014.
Now, we have over 220 dedicated employees, and it is continuing to grow. Currently, we serve businesses in 33 states, with plans to expand nationwide by 2026. Ranked seven times since 2017 on the Inc 500 list of fastest-growing companies, our growth informs the growth we guarantee our clients.
