Ryan Estes is an entrepreneur, investor, creator, and the co-founder of both WILDCAST and the eight-figure, bootstrapped agency Kitcaster, which was acquired by Moburst in April 2025. Known for validating and scaling innovative products and businesses, Ryan has built a reputation around combining sharp entrepreneurial thinking with a genuine commitment to kindness and human connection in business.
As the founder of AI for Founders, Ryan hosts a podcast, newsletter, and workshop series focused on helping entrepreneurs navigate the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence and startup growth. He is passionate about topics including focus, awareness, startup culture, and building profitable podcasts and media brands.
Under Ryan’s leadership, his teams have earned recognition from organizations including Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work, Colorado Companies to Watch, ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top 200 Private Owned Companies, and the Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. Their creative work has also been recognized with Top UI/UX honors on Behance.
Outside of business, Ryan is an avid sportsman who trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he holds a purple belt, and capoeira, where he holds a yellow cord. He is also deeply committed to community impact, volunteering as a finance mentor and contributing alongside his team to local non-profits including Project Angel Heart, Project Worthmore, and SAME Cafe, among others.
Before entering the startup world, Ryan was also a recording artist who recorded, published, and distributed three albums, earned a top 20 spot on college radio, and was featured on a SoBe mixtape alongside Sublime.
