Simone L'Abbé is an emotional healing coach, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher based out of Toronto, Canada.
She helps curious individuals ditch overwhelm, slow down and find more ease. She also supports women on long fertility journeys so that they can hold onto hope and advocate for themselves.
Her teachings of feeling emotions fully has helped her clients to heal anxiety, grief, and fear. Simone firmly believes that everyone is worthy of love and forgiveness. She speaks five languages and enjoys playing with her cats and singing.
