In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to author and creator Igor Vainshtein.
Igor talks to us about his board game Entrepreneurpoly.
Igor Vainshtein’s journey began when he migrated from the USSR to Australia at the young age of ten. By 17, he had launched his first business, setting the stage for an impressive entrepreneurial career. His passion for technology led him to become a CTO, specializing in enterprise software implementations—yet it was a chance encounter with golf that sparked a whole new chapter of innovation.
Igor started by building indoor golf centers, then pivoted to e-commerce and manufacturing in China, experiencing a remarkable tenfold growth during the pandemic. In 2021, he expanded his ventures to the United States, settling in Dallas, Texas, where he sold his company within a year of launching it.
Not one to slow down, Igor founded 24/7 Golf—which was sold to GOLFTEC—and launched GolfTrak.app, further cementing his reputation as a forward-thinking disruptor in the golf and tech industries. He is also the author of two books—Practical Manifestation and Agile Manifestation—and the creator of the entrepreneurial board game, Entrepreneurpoly.
From young immigrant to seasoned founder, Igor’s story is a testament to vision, adaptability, and the power of embracing opportunity wherever it arises.
